Performance by Students of IX E In the class IX assembly held on 21st October, students of IX E performed a western style dance. They also presented a dance drama on the theme ‘ save girl child’. Through their splendid performance they showcased the various forms of struggle that a girl may have to endure right from her birth. Our students also spoke on the importance of loving ourselves and appreciating others. Audience was motivated by the videos of the celebrities who talked about the significance of self -love. In the assembly, it was also demonstrated how education has evolved over the years, drawing a comparison between pre and post-Independence era. Alongwith these performances, students also held a round table discussion on diverse topics such as women empowerment, Navratri, Mahatma Gandhi, mental disorder, climate crisis etc. to create the necessary awareness.
