Making A Sandwich – Class III

Children of – class III had a great experience of making a sandwich on their own with the help of the teachers, each of them made a yummy and nutritious sandwich.
Different groups brought different material like bread, butter, jam and banana slices. This was a group activity where the children shared the work like cutting… the edges of the bread, spreading butter, putting jam and decorating it with the banana slices. Along with the girls, boys too enjoyed doing this activity.
All the children learnt to share their things with each other, how to work in a group and help each other in a right way.
Children thoroughly enjoyed the activity and relished their sandwiches too! Every child made a promise in the end to prepare it again as “THE SUNDAY BREAKFAST” for their lovely parents!!

It was a combination of story-telling and singing. They encouraged children and teachers also to participate in the performance.  Everyone in the audience enjoyed the performance very much.
